Community 365 Roundtable: Sustaining our oncology professions - Meeting their needs
The European Cancer Organisation is hosting a high-level Community 365 Roundtable on how workforce challenges in oncology are impacting patient care and limiting equitable access to innovation. Through three focused panels, on cancer nursing workforce conditions, the workforce needs of precision cancer medicine, and the twin workforce and innovation requirements of radioligand therapy, the discussion will highlight pressing skills gaps in cancer care.
Participants will explore strategies to strengthen the workforce, propose policy solutions at national and European levels, and engage with decision-makers to drive change.
The Roundtable will be chaired by:
