Aileen Rice-Jones

Aileen Rice-Jones brings nearly a decade of experience in health policy, public affairs, and government engagement. Her career spans roles in the UK Parliament, a leading national cancer charity, and an international policy and public affairs agency, where she developed a deep understanding of the intersection between policy, advocacy, and patient outcomes.

In 2025, Aileen joined Boehringer Ingelheim, where she leads the company’s global Public and Government Affairs work. In this role, she works closely with international policymakers and stakeholders to shape and influence global health policy. Aileen is deeply committed to ensuring that health systems are designed to better serve patients, supporting access, innovation, and sustainability across global healthcare ecosystems.
