As the not-for-profit federation of Member Societies working in cancer at a European level, the European Cancer Organisation convenes oncology professionals and patients to agree policy, advocate for positive change and speak up for the European cancer community.

Associate Members
Our Associate Members are formally part of our community and receive all relevant ECO communications, including invitations for meetings, events and calls for future EU funded project applications. However, according to our Statutes, Associate Members do not have General Assembly voting rights and do not participate in the Policy Approval Pathway.
Collaborations
Membership of the European Cancer Organisation is the highest level of governance and engagement with the European Cancer community. In addition, we have ongoing collaboration agreements to ensure we work together with other international organisations who share our mission:
