Membership Opportunities
Membership Opportunities include, but are not limited to:
- Highest status within the federation of Member Societies working in cancer at a European level
- Ability to nominate candidates for the Board of Directors and President, and to participate in those elections
- Participate in bi-annual General Assembly meetings of all Member Societies
- Participate in policy decision-making through the Policy Approval Pathway, contributing to policy documents, having access to advise from Policy staff team and receiving news and information on relevant policy activities
- Participate in their chosen Focused Topic Networks
- Special status within the Endorsement Policy
- Work collaboratively with other Member Societies on EU funding calls, e.g. EU4Health, Horizon Europe

- Authorised to use the Member Society badge
- Amplify Member Society’s work through ‘Community’ and ‘Quarterly’ updates
- Liaison with the Patient Advisory Committee through Focused Topic Networks and other opportunities
- Benefit from the 50% discount for accrediting your Distance Learning and live educational events though the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE)
- Receive invitations to participate in meetings with key stakeholders
- Join Roundtable meetings on specific subjects
- Benefit from European Cancer Organisation’s collaboration with other alliances
