Coman-Hamilton - the first case sent by the Romanian Constitutional Court to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), as well as other important cases referring to the protection of fundamental rights and liberties, such as the use of ethnic minorities’ languages in hospitals and social care bodies; the national health care file; the protection of domestic animals and the environmental protection etc.
