Karmen Joller

Member of the XV Riigikogu

Karmen Joller is an Estonian family doctor and advocate for evidence-based medicine. She is a member of the Riigikogu.

Karmen graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Medicine in 2001 and completed her residency in family medicine in 2005.

She has worked as a family doctor at various healthcare centers, including OÜ Meditiim from 2005 to 2006, and Telliskivi Perearstikeskus from 2006 to 2016. Since 2016, she has been a family doctor at Kivimäe Perearstikeskus. She is also a member of the Estonian Society of Family Doctors.
