For too many people in Europe and beyond, hepatitis and liver cancer remain silent threats, often undetected until it’s too late. This masterclass wants to break that silence by bridging the gap between medical expertise and the lived experience of patients and caregivers.

The 60-minute online session is held in cooperation with ELPA (the European Liver Patients’ Association). Together, we will explore:

  • How common infections affect liver health, often invisibly and over years
  • The link between chronic hepatitis and liver cancer, its clinical aspects and  personal challenges for patients
  • The importance of prevention, vaccination, and early diagnosis, with a focus on ease of access and general awareness
