Jill Harkin leads global public affairs strategy for Sanofi's haematology oncology portfolio, where she focuses on ensuring patient voices shape policies that improve access to care. Her career spans advocacy across rare diseases, neurology, and oncology, including pivotal work with the American Cancer Society expanding access to cancer screenings. Passionate about health equity, Jill works to break down barriers to care so all patients, regardless of where they live, can access life-changing innovations. Based in Amsterdam, she enjoys travelling, volunteering, hiking and kayaking with her husband and border collie.
