Sarah McHutchison is a Legal Policy Advisor at the McCabe Centre for Law and Cancer. A lawyer working at the intersection of law, public health, and cancer survivorship, her work focuses on how legal and regulatory frameworks shape people’s cancer experiences. Sarah’s recent work has focused on benchmarking global work rights laws to better understand how employment protections—and gaps—impact people affected by cancer. Her career spans legal, academic, government, and advocacy settings, and her work has been published and presented in Australia and internationally.
